Luke  Evans is a Welsh actor and singer. In 2013, Evans starred as the antagonist Owen Shaw in the blockbuster Fast & Furious 6, and also played Bard the Bowman in Peter Jackson's three-part adaptation of J. R. R. Tolkien's The Hobbit. More recently Luke starred as Gaston in Disney's live-action adaptation of Beauty and the Beast, and had a lead role in the period drama series The Alienist. A panic attack is like a giant wave coming at you. You can’t stop the wave, you can’t punch it, you can’t kick it, but you know it will pass. Knowing that it is going to come and go is the key to riding it out.
