The Side Dish Podcast is a New England/Boston-focused food, wine, and lifestyle podcast by Amaze Media Labs. Hosted by Boston Food Journal’s Brittany DiCapua and her sister Caitlin, the podcast consists of three main segments:Brittany and Caitlin will open the bottle of wine for real time reactions and discussion. Caitlin will give listeners the details on the bottle, such as price point, tasting notes, food pairings, etc. The knowledge Caitlin shares will surely impress your friends at the next dinner party, without breaking the bank! Second, Brittany has an in-depth conversation with a special guest. Our guests consist of local chefs, mixologists, farmers, and a variety of other contributors to the Boston food scene. our mission is to go beyond the menu and give listeners a look at who’s behind their favorite restaurants, how they got their start, and what inspires them. Brittany wraps up the show with some Boston Food Journal news and updates like local events, restaurant openings, where to find prime patio seating, and more.  Overall, the podcast is centered on Boston and New England’s biggest food and drink influencers.
