Emily Schromm is a trainer, coach, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and entrepreneur. From reality tv to Women's Health Magazine's Next Fitness Star, Emily has worked in the industry for over 11 years helping people learn about movement, mindset, and the power of nutrition.

She is the founder of Empirica supplements, Platform Strength gym in Denver, Element Tea, and is the author of the poetry book - The Process.. Her goal is to continue to inspire listeners to live their BEST, BIGGEST life through storytelling and heart.

She is now traveling farm to farm in her Meathead Hippie Mobile van interviewing people on how to help heal Mother Earth through plants and regenerative agriculture.
