I haven't had time to record the final podcast before I take a break and so I've gone back through the archive and picked out what is one of the most downloaded episodes.

In this episode I detail my nightly routine and share with you what has worked for me and many of my clients to sleep better, more efficiently and enable me to get up each day and ALWAYS feel energetic, enthusiastic and empowered to have the best day ever! As babies, our parents (many of you who are now parents yourselves will also relate to this) were constantly trying to get us into a routine of a night time to get us into a relaxed state and to help us sleep at our best. At some point along the way we lost this idea and as adults we are ATROCIOUS at having a nightly routine to settle us and get us ready to go to sleep. This 30 minute routine that I do EVERY NIGHT has changed my life and I know it will help to see you INSTANTLY have a better nights sleep and over the next few weeks, if you can stick with it, you will soon sleep better than you ever have in your life and feel at your best each and every day that you alarm goes off. Scott and his family are about to take off for the USA where his wife has been posted for a minimum of 2 years for a new role at work.In the second part to the sit down I had with Scott, we talk about the challenges of being a stay at home parent and share our thoughts and stories on the big life changes that both of us have and are about to take.It was great to open up and be honest about the ups and downs that Amy and I have been through so far with our move and to ask how Scott and his family are feeling about their move and change.

I've been lucky to run into a number of great dads since moving to Perth and Scott is no exception.

It's been great to talk life, work and much more with him over the past couple of years and it was GREAT to have Scott jump onto the podcast, hit record and have an honest chat about the difficulties and positives of working in the health and medical space.

Phirum has a wonderful story to tell and I've enjoyed following his content on Tik Tok over the past 6 months and so it was great to sit down with him to talk about that journey.

Phirum hasn't taken the easy route in life and yet at every turn he's taken the opportunities that have presented themselves to him to take the next step in his life.However, something didn't feel right and his journey into finding more balance in his life and taking control of that life has been inspiring to watch and in this weeks episode I talk to Phirum and find out whether the change was worth it and whether Uber can be a legitimate way to earn money.

Patrick is certainly no stranger to this podcast and he is someone I highly respect and I am always pushed out of my comfort zone with the questions he asks me and this weeks chat was no exception.
