I've always loved this podcast, but I am especially impressed with their three part series, "In The No." It's a really excellent look at consent, from multiple viewpoints. This series would be a great listen for sex-ed classes and parents who want to really talk to their teens about true consent. It's also useful information for anyone having a sexual relationship - you may discover some surprising things.

Smart, interesting, always a surprise.

Radiolab was my first podcast many years ago and it's still a favorite. If you're new to podcasts, start here.

Great reporting, storytelling and production values in the style of "This American Life" and other renowned shows.

Everything they report on, they present in such a compelling way you have to listen regardless of your interest in the subject. Who would think I would find myself being fascinated in the biology of how tree roots speak to each other? But I was blown away listening to their podcast on it. I love their use of sound, how they tell and weave the story and I am always annoyed when they go on their short breaks! It is always my first choice to listen to when they put out a new one.
