It's just that everybody's got the weight loss anxiety, but Cristy didn't even really know this was a problem until Carrie really started paying attention to the Code Red community and saw people were struggling with it. 

What are some of the reasons that anxiety would happen?

Big event and clothes not fitting?  Really hungry and your traveling?  Doing activities that takes you off your normal schedule?  Afraid what someone will think if you do not eat that food that someone offers you in a social situation?
