Submit ReviewJosette Andrews joins us just ahead of heading to Glasgow for the Indoor World Championships! This is her third time on the podcast. She was on in June 2021 when she first broke 15 minutes in the 5k. She was on again after she made her first Indoor World Champs in the 1500 in 2022.
Josette now runs for the OAC in Boulder, Colorado under coaches Dathan Ritzenhein and Kelsey Quinn. She ran 14:46.51 in the indoor 5k this year in January and secured both an indoor personal best and the Olympic standard! She had a great indoor season and is capping it off by racing at the World Indoor Championships this weekend!
Josette is always such a fun interview and has so much excitement about racing and training. She sure is one to watch heading into this Olympic year. She placed 8th in 2021 at the Olympic Trials. We talked in this episode about how she has grown in her training and racing over the last few years.
