Submit ReviewErica had a whole host of excuses. It was one right after another. But after her vacation was ruined from massive GI pain, she finally said "ENOUGH" and joined a challenge.
The 100 lb weight loss is just the tip of the iceberg to the host of benefits she received from following the 10-pound takedown challenge rules and the Code Red Revolution book.
Her IBS and the gastrointestinal issues are completely gone. She’s had patellofemoral syndrome, which is a knee clicking and grinding and all of that. So it makes it hard to like say run or do anything.
Stairs were hard, but she also weighed 100 more pounds, so that didn't help that situation. So that is completely gone. And now, she gets so many compliments not only about her weight, but also about how happy she is.
Mentally, she’s so much happier. She’s smiling more they're like, “You're like a whole new person.”
