Ingredients: Triangle of Brie, fig or fruit preserves, chopped walnuts, pie dough
Directions: Smother Brie with fig spread and top with walnuts then encase in pie dough. Bake in oven at 325 for 10-15 minutes till golden on the outside. Pair with Malvazia Nera from Sunce Winery of course!

12:48 Fast Five Recipe –Poached Pear from Chef Kristina Daya, Owner of Mazza Catering
Ingredients: Apple cider, Bosch Pear, Spice Medley, Mascarpone, Fleur de sel Carmel
Directions: Place the apple cider and spices in a small saucepan over medium heat to simmer. Peel the pear leave the stem on. Once the cider is simmering put the pear in for 20-30 minutes. Remove the pear with a spoon and let cool. Place a smear of mascarpone on a plate and set aside. Crank up the heat on the liquid and allow to thicken, then pour liquid over pear and place the caramel on top. Pair with a late harvest Riesling.

Ingredients: Pizza Dough, Maitake Mushrooms, Laurel Chenel Goat Cheese, Olive oil, Lemon juice and zest.
Directions: Roll out pizza dough and rub olive oil and salt and pepper into dough. Pre-cook the mushrooms ¾ of the way. Add the mushrooms to the pizza and sprinkle with goat cheese. Place in hot oven for 12 minutes. Remove pizza and sprinkle with lemon juice and zest and a touch of olive oil. Pair with Pinot Noir of course!
