Submit ReviewWhen hair color educator Julie Kleine @colorswithchemistry started her career in hair at age 38, she realized she needed to dive deep into education to get up to speed quickly. Finding a severe lack of information on the how & why to use the chemicals of hair color, she learned from top colorists and trained to gain that knowledge.
She came up with her own way to communicate the information in a simple and clear message as a way to teach and reach more hairdressers, and we discuss it all here!
This Week's Topics:
• Finding hair as an apprentice at 38
• A discussion on hair education
• Top mistakes in hair color
• Bond Builder discussion
• Difficult conversations with clients
• What she would change about the industry
