Submit ReviewHave you ever wondered how life's unexpected turns could lead you into a path of profound self-discovery and healing?
In this episode of Mystical Sisterhood, I sit down with Antonia Dolhaine, a former Cirque du Soleil acrobat turned Somatic Depth Coach. Their conversation offers an insightful exploration into Antonia's transformative journey and the unique perspective she brings to her coaching practice.
Rooted in her childhood experiences on Bone Island—a place where the very walls of her house served as her jungle gym—Antonia's story is one of resilience. She shares memories of an upbringing marked by frequent mobility and emotionally immature parents, which honed her survival instincts and later transformed into an ability to deeply attune to her environment and her clients' needs. Her story is a testament to how adverse experiences can become powerful tools for healing and growth when we learn to view them through a new lens.
The pandemic served as a pivotal moment for Antonia. An injury combined with the shutdown of entertainment left a void that she courageously filled with her innovative spirit. Thus, her coaching business was born—a venture she describes as initially accidental but later reveals its profound purpose as she embraced the natural flow of breath work and intentional conversation guiding her clients through personal transformations.
Antonia describes the beginnings of her coaching career as an organic development, where clients were drawn to the pre-and post-breathwork conversations they had with her. Despite her initial reluctance due to her own insecurities about coaching, she found this role enriched her and her clients’ lives, leading her to formalize her skills through certification and supervision.
A notable aspect of Antonia's philosophy is her connection with nature, which underscores her practice. She highlights that our bodies are part of the earth, governed by the same universal laws that guide the natural realms. Her work emphasizes reconnecting with these fundamental patterns to aid in healing and personal evolution. So much of her practice revolves around learning to attune to our physical selves, addressing nervous system dysregulation, and thereby finding peace and presence in our own bodies.
Antonia’s journey is a reminder of the profound power inherent in personal evolution. Encouragingly, she reinforces that the capacity for adaptation and growth lies within us all, shaped by an ingenious lineage of survival. To journey with her is an invitation to attune to your inner wisdom and embrace the inherent intelligence of your being.

What's your human design? The concept of human design is rapidly gaining attention as a tool for self-discovery and spiritual transformation. I have the pleasure of inviting Adriana Keefe, an intuitive human design expert, to join the Mystical Sisterhood podcast and delve into this fascinating topic. In our conversation, we explored how human design can help us understand our unique energy types, guide us through spiritual awakening, and offer practical applications for daily life.
Human design gives us more depth than traditional astrology by recognizing an additional level of body consciousness that is imprinted before birth. It helps align our physical self with our personality, offering richer insights into how we function best in the world.
Adriana and I agree that the journey of self-discovery and healing is deeply intertwined with mystical work. Viewing our life through the lens of curiosity rather than judgment allows us to discover our authentic selves. This perspective fosters gratitude, enabling us to recognize how our experiences shape us and how we can use them to grow.g
Adriana emphasized the importance of integrating emotional intelligence into the practice of human design. She found that it can be challenging to connect with our intuitive authority if we haven't addressed underlying emotional trauma. Her approach combines human design with nervous system regulation and healing, providing a holistic framework for transformation.
Exploring human design offers a profound opportunity to understand our unique energetic blueprints. It empowers us to embrace our true selves, heal past wounds, and align with our life's purpose. For those intrigued by the possibility of deeper self-understanding and transformation, human design might just be the key to your mystical awakening.

Have you ever felt an unseen presence guiding you through life's challenges, or perhaps sensed a comfort in moments of solitude? In this episode of Mystical Sisterhood, Arianna Messplay joins me to discuss her journey as an angelic healer, intuitive counselor, and an advocate for spiritual connections to explore how we can foster our relationship with angels and understand their role in our lives.
Arianna explains that angels are present to guide, protect, and help us stay on our life path. Whether it’s guiding individuals through personal challenges or assisting transitions, such as births and deaths, their presence is comforting and supportive.
Clarifying the distinctions among angels, spirit guides, and loved ones who have passed, Arianna shares her channeling experiences. Some souls choose to become part of the angel or spirit guide realm, while others serve as guiding spirits without taking on those roles.
We discuss how people often overlook angelic signs due to self-doubt. Arianna encourages individuals to listen to their intuition, elevate their frequency, and trust in the messages received from the angelic realm. Arianna also shares how Angel numbers, like 111 or 222, often serve as signs from the angels. Arianna suggests paying attention to recurring numbers and their personal significance, using these as a guide to understanding angelic messages tailored specifically for us.
If you are curious about exploring your own angelic connections or seeking spiritual insight, reflect on how these unseen guides might already be present and actively seek to communicate with you.

Have you ever wondered how your childhood experiences mirror your adult life and influence the decisions you make?
In a world where we often find ourselves chasing achievements and external validation, mystical thinking prompts us to explore deeper connections with our human experience. Our recent episode of "Mystical Sisterhood" featuring Darrah Brustein delves into these profound questions, exploring the intersection of entrepreneurship, spirituality, and personal growth.
Every experience in our lives leads us to the ‘now’ moment. Special guest Darrah, a five-time business founder, author, and coach, joins me on the podcast to share her journey of starting multiple businesses and the life lessons learned along the way. Darrah beautifully bridges her human experiences with a spiritual lens, offering insights into thinking about how our childhood shapes our adult lives and how we balance work with personal fulfillment.
We discuss the pervasive struggles with self-worth and confidence, particularly when raised in achievement-focused cultures. For Darrah, overcoming self-doubt required confronting feelings of inadequacy and recognizing non-traditional skills like connecting people and curating experiences.
Discernment and intuition play critical roles in entrepreneurship. Darrah shares her belief in focusing on initiatives that address problems she feels equipped to tackle, ensuring sustained attention and redirection of energies only once systems and processes are well-established.
As we round out the conversation, we highlight the dangers of comparison and encourage listeners to embrace their own unique journeys. Life’s spiritual nature is ever-present, regardless of how connected or disconnected we may feel at different times.

Are you feeling more anxious than ever? Do you sense the pressure of an ever-evolving world affecting your peace of mind? Throughout history, humans have sought ways to understand and manage their emotions, anxieties, and life challenges. Today, more than ever, we're in need of grounding practices and intuitive guidance to navigate the complexities of modern life.
In this episode of Mystical Sisterhood, I’m joined by Janet Rae Orth, an intuitive life coach and clairvoyant with over 28 years of experience. Janet shared her profound insights on intuitive living, psychic protection, and the importance of nature and grounding. Here are some highlights from our truly magical conversation.
Janet started by acknowledging the rising levels of anxiety in today's world, noting that they are symptomatic of our highly connected, always-on lifestyles. She offers a popular class on psychic protection, which helps individuals create energetic boundaries to shield themselves from external pressures.
Janet explains that contemporary life often leads us to feel bombarded with energy and expectations, exacerbating anxiety. Through psychic protection workshops, she guides students to use visualization techniques, such as imagining a protective rose at the edge of their aura, to maintain their energetic integrity.
We delve into the pressures of modern life, such as the intricate college application process and career uncertainties. Janet advocates for reframing our experiences to see every step as a success rather than focusing solely on the end goal. This mindset can help reduce feelings of inadequacy and encourage us to celebrate our achievements, no matter how small.
Janet provides historical context for our current era, the Age of Aquarius, known for its transformative, yet disruptive energies. She points out that previous shifts into the Age of Aquarius have led to significant societal changes and innovations. Janet remains hopeful that despite current disruptions, this era will bring about positive transformations and advancements, such as the rise of artificial intelligence.
Ultimately, Janet believes that we are here to be happy and thrive, not just to endure suffering. Through her readings, workshops, and intuitive guidance, she helps individuals release pain and embrace joy. Her work emphasizes that we are all capable of healing and achieving a fulfilling life.

What does the soul have to do with psychology?
It turns out, quite a lot. Suzi Lula returns to Mystical Sisterhood to dive deep into the realm of soul psychology, illustrating why the soul deserves a pivotal place in conversations about healing and integration. Join us as we explore these fundamental aspects of our being, their relevance in our lives today, and how they can guide us on our paths to personal growth and transformation.
So, what is soul psychology? Suzi explains, "Soul psychology marries the essence of the soul with psychological practices. The term 'psychology' originates from 'psyche,' which originally meant the study of the soul. Over time, we've drifted from this connection, living more from the neck up, valuing academic knowledge over soulful wisdom."
The essence of soul psychology involves nurturing an intimate relationship with oneself, beyond intellectual understanding. Suzi emphasized, "True transformation begins by embracing and healing our inner selves. This journey is not just theoretical; it's experiential. It involves self-compassion, emotional understanding, and rewriting the narratives of our past."
For those interested in a deeper commitment, the next Soul Psychology Certification program begins in January 2025, with interim courses available to get acquainted with the teachings.

Are you on a journey of finding your voice and using it in a graceful and effective way in your life?
Many of us are striving to discover what we want to say and how to share it in a way that creates conversations and builds bridges, not walls. If you resonate with the idea of expressing yourself with clarity and ease, read on to discover how childhood and societal conditioning have affected how you use your voice.
Today, let's honor our individual and collective voices by setting an intention to find and share our authentic voices. Whether within your inner circle, community, workplace, or the outside world, women's voices are being invited to the table more often. This episode is dedicated to women, amplifying our voices and sharing our truths.
Many of us sacrifice what we want to say to keep the peace, fit into a prescribed role, or make others comfortable. These patterns, rooted in childhood, continue into adulthood. As we work to shed what no longer serves us, we must recognize the universal challenge of expressing ourselves authentically.
What fears come up when you try to express yourself? Concerns about sounding pushy or aggressive, and the risks involved, can hold us back. To move forward, we must challenge these fears and give ourselves permission to explore new ways of being. This journey involves recognizing our worth and practicing self-expression in small, manageable steps.

Do you believe in the power of coaching to transform lives?
Being in the presence of a powerful coach who asks amazing questions is one of the delights of my life, whether it's a coach I've hired, like Melissa Ford, today's guest, or someone I interview on the podcast. The benefits and interchange that can occur with a beautiful coach are truly exponential.
Melissa Ford is a seasoned business and life coach, and I had the pleasure of diving into a conversation with her about starting something new, the tools necessary for growth, personal mantras, and getting real with ourselves. This episode resonated deeply with me, and I know it will do the same for you. So, let's dive into the highlights of our discussion.
Before recording, we set an intention for the episode and reminisced about how we first met within Susan Lucci's circles. These circles created impactful and powerful containers for personal growth and connection. Melissa highlighted the importance of having role models who step forward with courage and constantly stay on the learning curve.
Melissa shared her personal story about starting her coaching career. She candidly spoke about how she initially treated her coaching business as a hobby and struggled to make it profitable. It wasn't until she hired a coach that she began to see significant growth and transformation, not only in her business but also in her personal life.
In our conversation, we touched on the abundance of buzzwords in the coaching industry, such as "manifestation" and "abundance." Melissa shared that her approach to coaching is much more practical and down-to-earth. She focuses on asking powerful questions, challenging her clients to take action, and holding them accountable.
"Our minds love drama," Melissa observed. She noted that while everyone's story is different, the underlying conditioning and narratives are often similar. These narratives are usually built on feelings of lack, insecurity, and not-enoughness.
We all have the opportunity to question these narratives and reframe our experiences. Melissa encouraged listeners to start by taking small steps and showing up, even if they don't have a clear vision or feel confident.
She shared her journey of questioning her beliefs about aging and stepping into a new phase of her life with courage and enthusiasm. "There's too much life to be lived," she said.
