She is a registered dietitian and personal trainer with a cult following on Instagram. She started the Rachael's Good Eats Instagram account as a college student. She now shares recipes, intuitive eating strategies, and simple workouts. In 2021, she launched Recreation Sweat, encouraging her community to move their bodies. Her new cookbook, Rachael's Good Eats, comes out in April 2023!
