Did you know that there is a whole range of health risks associated with the festive season? No, we are not just talking about people putting on a few extra pounds from eating too many mince pies. There are significant increases in a whole range of other problems including stress, domestic violence and loneliness.

So two fit boys are here to help you get through the holidays for the second year in a row! We talk about how to avoid stress caused by the festive season including financial stress, social stress, and the stress of spending time with your family (seriously!) We talk about how to take care of your self at Christmas including setting time aside to actually rest, why it is important to pick a few key Christmas parties rather than all of them and why you shouldn't be surprised if you aren't able to train as well as you usually would.

For recommendations this week, Robo recommended getting your family experiences rather than things for Christmas and Tim recommended the Christmas film, 'Jingle All The Way.'

We wish you all a very Merry Christmas!
