Sometimes when you stop thinking about what you are trying to do you will be surprised that you actually do it.

Goals can be big and thinking about how we want to achieve them can be intimidating. So intimidating that it can actually be the thing that stops you from achieving them. 

This week on Think Fit we try and tell you why it is time to stop overcomplicating your goals and start to achieve them. Let's be honest, this is a pretty loose episode.
