Work, family, friends, Netflix... There are only so many hours in the day so how do you fit it all in?

This week, we talk about finding time for fitness. We think one of the biggest excuses we hear is that people are too busy and we are calling bullshit. We talk about how we have managed to find the time to make our health a priority because that is what it really comes down to, making your health a priority. We provide some very basic rules for everyone to follow to start making time for your health.

These tips will be especially helpful for people who juggle many different things or who find themselves busy being busy.
