Dr Peta Wright is deeply committed to all aspects of women’s health care. She strives to take a holistic approach to managing the health concerns of women of all ages. Peta has a particular interest and expertise in the areas of paediatric and adolescent gynaecology, having completed a fellowship in adolescent gynaecology in
2013.For patients who are trying to conceive, Peta offers fertility care with a holistic approach, addressing diet, lifestyle and environmental factors. If required, she is able to offer treatment with assisted reproductive techniques such as in vitro fertilisation (IVF), intrauterine insemination (IUI) and ovulation
induction.Peta is also passionate about helping women with pelvic pain and endometriosis, as well as polycystic ovarian syndrome, hypothalamic amenorrhoea, vulva concerns, painful sex, abnormal pap smears and menopause medicine. In addition, she works with women experiencing pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS) and pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD).When it comes to treating any gynaecological condition, it is of utmost importance to Peta that she educates and informs her patients and aims to empower them to achieve the best quality of life possible. She is also highly tuned to the ways that nutrition, stress and lifestyle can affect hormonal balance and aims to help women work on these aspects of their lives as part of their overall health
