We all have things in life that is just not worth it, not worth it for your health or for your happiness. Do you have things in your life that you absolutely struggle through?
What do you mean Cristy, you asked. Being in a place of being miserable can truly do more harm than good.
So a few examples here:
Cari hates to run, she will not run very far or for very long especially if you put her on a treadmill. Now put Cari on the stairs and she will go longer, go farther and truly get more out of the experience including wanting to do it again another time.
Or Cristy had a very rough time doing evening meetings for Code Red. She did not give as much to the meetings that she needed to for the other participants and she was not gaining anything by being there at an evening meeting. So guess what, Code Red meetings now never happen in the evening allowing everyone to get more from Cristy during those meetings.
