In 1995 Georgia investigators received a missing persons report for Ruby Joyner and her friend Halima Jones. Just a few days later, their bodies were found in a mini-van beaten, strangled, and shot. The prime suspect, Ruby’s husband, was nowhere to be found. But what would compel him to commit such a heinous act?
