Look - we’d be lying to you if we said this wasn’t the absolute weirdest moment in our watch of this silly Archie teen soap opera. When Season 4 ended last may, we didn’t know if or when the show might return. Yet here we are, sitting down to preview Season 5 of Riverdale, and we’ll be honest, the hype is big this year. We’re closing out with the final arc of last season, and then making a huge time jump forward to get the Core Four Plus out of school and into an uncertain future. At least, as uncertain as a certain creator of the show lets things be, seeing as he loves to drop spoiler content online. Most importantly, we’re just happy to have this very silly, occasionally frustrating, but nevertheless beloved show back on our radar. We’ve got news, trailers, predictions, and everything you need to know for the Season 5 premiere of Riverdale, this week in The Doghouse! You can email us with feedback at macintoshandmaud@gmail.com, or you can connect with us on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Also please subscribe, rate and review the show on your favorite podcatcher, and tell your friends. Interstitial music taken from "Make Up" from the compilation album Kamelot by Distortions.
