Phyllis Marie Corbin was a 16 year old from St. Louis, MO. She had behavior issues that caused her to be sent to a juvenile shelter a couple of times. In late Sept. 1963, Phyllis was scheduled to be released after spending a month at the facility. According to paperwork, Phyllis left for home. The next day, someone allegedly saw her at a local bar.
