Hey Girl!

I’m SO excited you are here for today’s PEP TALK.

It’s a short juicy one that I legit recorded for you in a cardboard box on my floor  because we sold all of our furniture and were in the midst of a move from San Diego to Austin, TX.

We are talking about the mindset of having a PLAN, how to lesson anxiety when things aren’t going to that plan, and really I’m  just giving you a friend to friend pep talk to pump you up in case you are going through a WHOLE lot of changes, transitions or navigating self doubt.

I’m SO excited to hear what you think!! Be sure to let me know!! XOXO

Quotes:

“WORRY is a shitty use of our imagination when you could use that SAME BRAIN POWER TO GET EXCITED, or to WONDER or to DREAM right?!!”

“ I LOVE MAKING A PLAN but I also LOVE that things RARELY GO ACCORDING TO PLAN because that leaves opportunity for things to go even BETTER than we’re planning”

“YOU DON’T BUILD RESILIENCE & HAVE THOSE JUICY STORIES you look back on and say “BOO YA I DID IT" when everything always goes  right on track with your perfect plan do you?!”

“I don’t believe that things work out for some and not for others.

I believe that some people just MAKE THE BEST OUT OF THE THINGS HOWEVER THEY WORK OUT”
