Mindfulness helps us slow down and increase our awareness of our thoughts and emotions so we make more thoughtful choices and get off autopilot.

Joree is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who uses mindfulness as a framework for guiding others to get off autopilot and create lasting change.

Joree is the owner and founder of the Bay Area Mindfulness and Therapy Center, in Danville, CA. Here, she shares her passion and expertise to help people to lose unskillful, habitual patterns and create and live their optimal life. Using tangible and practical tools, Joree helps her clients to get off autopilot, journey forward and break free of what s not working. They can then consciously step towards new habits and patterns that are in alignment with their values.

As well as her private practice, Joree offers online coaching programs, meditations and mindfulness courses. She also leads retreats around the world for women and couples. She has published two books on mindfulness, one specifically for children. and works onsite in corporations bringing mindfulness into the workplace.
