On this podcast we have talked about how CHANGE REQUIRES LOSS.

LOSS OF WHAT we ALREADY KNOW, LOSS OF THE OLD HABITS WE HAD ,LOSS OF THE OLD THOUGHT PATTERNS, THE OLD STORIES WE TOLD OURSELVES to step into what we want to be….

So EVEN if we want to make a change and we know it’s good for us, we ALSO know that it STILL REQUIRES LOSS which means GRIEVING what no longer is while we become who we want to be right?

Well, in today’s episode we are going to talk about  this REALLY WEIRD AND KIND OF AWKWARD MIDDLE STAGE between who you are NOW and WHO you want to BECOME.

I think I AM IN THIS RIGHT NOW, & HONESTLY as growth minded women with big goals and dreams you and I will BOTH be in this many times in our life.

So today we are going to TALK about some ways to MANAGE the feelings associated with it and GIRLLLL I cannot WAIT to hear what you think!
