Submit ReviewI want to thank all of the dog lovers tuning in today. I’d like to introduce someone who is an absolute genius! Have you ever seen a product and thought, I wish that I would have thought of that? I can’t wait to chat with Chelsea Brownridge who is the co-founder and CEO of DogSpot. She is a dog mom to two rescues, Winston and Pepita. She started DogSpot after realizing how many places wouldn't allow pets inside and because she didn't like seeing dogs tied up outside of grocery stores and coffee shops. She wanted a way to bring her dogs on more walks around the city where she lives, Brooklyn, and to have a safe place for them to hang out for a few minutes if she had to go inside a store that doesn't allow dogs inside.
Can you start off by sharing what exactly is the DogSpot and how did you start the company?
What are all of the awesome features of the DogSpot and what problems does it solve?
How long did it take you to get from concept to where you are today?
How do most dogs react when being placed in a DogSpot? Do they adjust quickly?
How does membership work and what is the cost?
What is the ave time that a dog would stay in the DogSpot?
What are the benefits to store owners and can you share some statistics around that?
What has been your biggest challenge with this product/service?
How many DogSpots are available for use?
If our listeners want to see if there are any DogSpots near them, where do they go for that info?
And what if they’d like to see about getting a DogSpot in their city?
Any plans on expanding outside of the US?
Any stories that you’d like to share about people who have used the DogSpot?
