Journaling can help reduce stress and anxiety by helping you find balance and reconnect with what makes you happy which helps to build resilience.

Caroline Johnstone is originally from Northern Ireland but is now living in Ayrshire. Her career has primarily been in HR and management and over the last twelve years, she s used her skills in the coaching and transformation of staff. Journaling is at the heart of what she does, after she discovered its power to change her thinking and life.

Caroline focuses on the gentle and therapeutic power of journaling to access and deal with emotions and to move from a place of limitation and fear to a positive outlook in life by harnessing your own wisdom. Caroline is passionate about empowering others to transform and change what isn t working, to move out of their comfort zones, reduce stress and anxiety by helping you find balance, reconnect with what makes you happy all of which helps to build resilience.

She is an NLP Master Practitioner, coach and poet and has been published in the UK, Ireland and the U.S.
