Submit ReviewToday on the podcast, I am joined by Tristin Van Ord! Tristin runs with ZAP Endurance and she had a great race in Chicago! She ran a 2 minute PR for a 2:25. She was a part of the group that was running with Ben Bruce, Sara Vaughn, Dakotah Lindwurm, and Rose Harvey! It was so much fun to hear the recap of her race there!
She is one of the cofounders of the Raleigh Distance Project which is a post-collegiate training group. Tristin went to Appalachian State and now works as a volunteer coach with them!
Her first marathon was a 2:40 and now she has progressed to a 2:25! It was so much fun in this episode to hear all about that evolution of her running career!
