Submit ReviewReid Buchanan is a professional runner and web developer. He ran with On Running and was coached by Andrew Kastor in Mammoth for several years. Reid gives us some really great perspective in this podcast episode about what running really means to him and how he is looking at it now that he is working full time outside of the world of running. He recently in the USATF 15k Championships in Jacksonville, Florida where he finished fourth. He also recently competed in the World Cross Country Championships this past February.
He is a three-time marathoner and he shares in this episode about some issues that he is faced in the marathon and how he is working on those. He looks at it now with gratitude for all of the things that he has been able to do and accomplish!
