This week, Anthony is back from Gen Con and he's got a boatload of updates to share. Games played, events attended, and announcements witnessed.
To kick things off, we start with our question of the week, for which we asked the listeners "What's a board game for which you'd like to see a direct sequel?"
For acquisition disorders, Anthony looked at Marvel Champions The Card Game, Masters of Rennaissance, Obscurio, Point Salad, and Trismegistus. At the table, Anthony had a chance to play MegaCity Oceania, Old West Impressario and Shobu - check out his first impressions for all three (and which of them he bought on the spot).
Finally, we do a run-through of the con itself and discuss the famous designers met, the experience of the Thursday morning door rush, the hottest booths and games people rushed for and more.
- Question of the Week: 4:48
- Acquisition Disorders: 11:06
- MegaCity Oceania Review: 27:01
- Old West Empressario Review: 30:13
- Shobu Review: 31:48
