Submit ReviewWhen you go to your doctor with a serious knee and ligament injury sustained while playing your sport of choice, football, you'd expect their advice to be "rest up, relax and stay off it".

But that's exactly what happened to Pau Cappell when his sporting career looking under jeopardy at a young age. Once he hit those trails the knee injury disappeared and his love of trails began.
And what a career he's had culminating most recently in his victory at the UTMB in 2019. While 2020 was somewhat disrupted, he attempted to break the UTMB record solo as part of a North Face attempt.
In this episode, Jody and David speak to Pau about this attempt, his early running life and go into detail about his incredibly detailed race plans.
