Jay Rayner hosts this week's culinary panel show from the Welsh capital city of Cardiff. Joining Jay are chefs Angela Gray and Jeremy Pang, panel first-timer Ixta Belfrage, and materials expert Dr Zoe Laughlin. Inspired by Cardiff's extra-terrestrial residents, the panel time-travel through the food of science fiction. They get serious over exciting uses for prunes, and dunk their recipe ideas into the subject of soup. Sweet or Savoury? The team also throw their favourite pancake recipes into the frying pan. Dr Zoe Laughlin puts her artistic abilities to the test when she attempts to recreate a familiar face in dough form.
