Boris Johnson is hoping that housing can save him. The Prime Minister is counting on his new policy to win over the rebel Tory MPs who voted to oust him earlier this week.

Sounds like a good idea on paper right? Well, it might not be that simple, as Dr Niko Szumilo, Associate Professor at University College London and Director of The Bartlett Real Estate Institute explains.
