Submit Review00:30 - RTS has found a home in Seattle! The amazing Queen Anne Beer Hall aka “The Hall” has opened up its arms (and doors) to welcome us all season long—and beyond—to host LIVE watch parties, drink beers, raise money for charity, giveaway stuff, and most importantly, join together with you all as a Kraken family. Owner, Kieth Hobart, jumps on the ‘cast to confirm this perfect marriage and, of course, to Release the Show!!!
09:25 - After things got a little loosey-goosey, Brett interrupts and tries to reign things in a bit going forward with our giveaway promos, as we realize we have the most amazing listeners, who also happen to be very good at predicting scores and writing emails, btw! Nice work Squid Squad Show-timers. We got nothing but love for you! And prizes.
12:00 - KHT1: Round 2 with the vaunted Oilers…only this time it counted. For the Kraken AND for RTS, as there was a good old-fashioned podcast to podcast wager on this one! Oilerslive wanted all the smoke and so we stepped up to give it to them…and failed. So, our man, Brett, had to jump on their show and take one for the team—as in, take a shot. Of something you don’t normally like to shoot. Tasty, huh Brett?! We’ll get you next time, Michael!
26:12 - Simultaneously, while Brett & Chris reminisce about RTS’ second successful LIVE viewing event, where they hung out with Kraken Nation for the NY Rangers game and raised $$ for Special Olympics Washington, the fellas also weave in their reactions to the team’s 2-game skid. What’s the state of the Kraken 10 games in any way??
33:40 - KHT3: Hot for Teacher Kevin, who nailed his last multi-game prediction, prognosticates a 2-1 record over the next 3 matchups, EVEN IF the Kraken were to throw the RTS guys and 2 of their listeners out there on the ice vs the hapless, winless Arizona Coyotes. Chris isn’t so convinced, however, and Brett plots on his famous friend who happens to be a fierce fan of the team from Phoenix. Oh, the future feels fun...
