There are many situations we can find ourselves in where things don’t go the way we planned. Sometimes external forces can cause a bump in the road and cause us to miss our target. You still must ask yourself, “What part did I play in this?” Even just the smallest part. Almost always there is something you could have done differently in order to get the end result you were wanting. Practicing taking personal responsibility or ownership helps lead to massive self awareness and it enables you to create a plan of action to get a different outcome next time. Sometimes it doesn’t feel good to take personal responsibility and it may ignite some insecurities in you. The truth is, nobody is perfect and we all make mistakes. Accepting that is so freeing and can allow you to grow in the best way possible. Start to practice taking personal responsibility in order to improve your life. That’s today’s message.
