DeRay delivers smart, insightful takes on struggles many of us face. Listening to voices of black and brown people is important to me -- because their voices are still way too muted in our world -- and including Pod Save the People in my podcast feed is essential.

With excellent production values typical of Radiolab, this podcast recounts both well known and obscure supreme court decisions and how they've affected our democracy. Terrific stuff.

Smart, surprising, and well-produced, this is a not-to-be-missed podcast. Always eye-opening and informative, it's also entertaining and makes me understand our collective history in new and important ways. Plus, it's sponsored by Chanel, which has such sophisticated ads!

I love everything Diane Rehm does. Her take on current events and her guests are the best.

To be honest, I've only listened to a couple of episodes. But I didn't hear enough original or compelling content to keep me coming back. I also find NPR is often too normalizing of Trump antics. I need some shit thrown his way in reports about what he's doing to be able to stomach it.

I find the podcast uneven. Sometimes Phoebe and Jessica are hysterical, sometimes too much. The guest comediennes are very uneven. Many episodes I don't finish because I get bored.

This seven part series doesn't take you where you think you're going. It did take me into a world I don't know, Shit Town, Alabama. Very moving and Brian Reed does such a good job of helping us understand a deeply complicated man.

Only one episode so far, but funny enough I'll try it again. I'll see if they can get me to a 5.

This is a pretty nerdy podcast for people who really dig data and in-depth analysis. That's me.

I don't learn much, as the stories Jon, Jon and Dan cover I've usually already heard, and their analysis isn't that deep. But they're so delighted with themselves and so funny. I find their utter amazement at the current Administration's idiocy refreshing.

My new favorite podcast. Excellent in-depth views of a wide range of subjects. I love it because it often covers stories I'm interested in but wouldn't read.
