Paid media is a strange beast. Those new to social media’s inner workings may think that Facebook’s “Boost Post” button means they can set it, forget it, and watch all the new likes come in. But, the ghastly nature of these social media platforms is to take from you and give to them, and that means for every paid ad, you’re losing money along with organic reach. Unless of course, you actually have a product to sell.
In this fourth part of our social media workshop, we’ll discuss when you should use paid ads on social media, most of the reasons you shouldn’t, and the best way to make money with your content if you decide to monetize. Are you more of a reader than a listener? View the transcript here.
If this is your first episode with Victory or Death! rewind back to our previous three workshop parts so you can have a better shot at succeeding on social.
