This week on the Guava Girl Podcast, I am super excited to share with you details of the recently-concluded Guava Team Retreat 2020 that transpired at the beginning of January. Now, I have done solo retreats and retreats with clients before, but I’ve never had the opportunity and pleasure to bring my entire team and fly them out.

For my first team retreat ever, we spent an entire day in Miami, Florida and took the time to plan out the entirety of our 2020. We all went down to the nitty-gritty of the business and made sure to stay in the big vision and big picture involving the company. More than building towards a multi seven-figure business, we aim to build systems that will make everyone’s lives, including mine and those of my team, so much easier.

Overall, it was an absolutely life-changing experience for all of us. Stay through the entirety of the episode as I go through everything that we did as well as answer questions from our live audience.
