Rachel Fackoury is a vibrant and energetic trainer, whose vision is to lead women on a path of self-discovery through fitness. Her passion for personal fitness, health and wellness is rooted in a love of field hockey, which ultimately led her to pursue an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology.
In the past five years, Rachel has pursued her passions by teaching group fitness classes, and serving as a personal fitness instructor in local communities throughout Toronto and Kitchener-Waterloo.
From a young age, Rachel was involved in a variety of sports. Dance, gymnastics, cross country and track, soccer, volleyball and field hockey – you name it, she played it. When it came time to select a field of study, kinesiology was an obvious choice. Originally having her sights set on becoming a dentist, fitness instructing and personal training began only as a summer job.
As Rachel developed and grew her own fitness classes, she quickly realized that she not only saw remarkable improvements in people’s physical strength, but their mental health and well-being too! Having a career that allowed her to be involved in igniting positive change in another person’s life is something she never knew could have existed. From then on, Rachel has been devoted to helping people lead their best lives and become their best self.
Colette, a native of Ireland, immigrated to the US in her early 20’s where she worked in corporate America for over a decade. Wanting to hop off the corporate hamster wheel, she pursued her passion for health and fitness and began a full-time career in this field.
In 2008 she moved to Nice, France and opened a fitness and yoga studio. She was also an avid competitor, taking part in many sporting events, however, even with all her ‘healthy’ efforts, her health was not in a good place. In 2014, Colette took some time out to cleanse and reset her body. She underwent a 21 day Ayurvedic cleanse program in Bali and this is what changed her life personally and professionally.
After the cleanse, she stayed in Bali, working with the Ayurvedic Doctor for a year. Colette also completed her studies to become an Ayurveda Wellness Counselor and began her online business, Elements Healing and Wellbeing and her podcast Elements of Ayurveda. Elements Healing & Wellbeing takes a natural, holistic approach to healing, incorporating the body, mind, and soul. Using the ancient teachings of Ayurveda (the Wisdom of Life) to connect people to their ‘true nature’ (unique mind/body type), to Mother Nature and to each other. “I believe that life is a journey of self-realization and this journey begins with a self-study and understanding our own ‘true nature’ or unique mind/body type. We can then understand how to keep our body and mind in balance by eating the correct foods for our constitution and having some simple daily habits and living the right lifestyle for our ‘true nature’. When we are in balance, we are more conscious and able to access our intuition to lead us on our Soul’s journey. The key to optimal health and contentment are in our own hands”

Emily Pereira had a life that looked really good… on paper (this was before Instagram was a thing!) Continually ranked #1 at a top Fortune 100 company, living on the beach with her Myspace founder boyfriend, with a closet full of designer clothes she wore to endless parties events and vacations, she admits it still sounds good. But caught in an endless cycle of never enough, she was anything but genuinely happy. Just when she thought she’d be getting the ring, she found out her man was cheating on her and her whole life crumbled before her. Down to 93 pounds, needing pills to sleep and on the cliff’s edge of depression, a chance encounter with a powerful spiritual teacher with a knack for out-of-body adventures turned the breakdown into a spectacular breakthrough. And so began an unlikely journey to the far ends of the earth and deep within herself that showed her a unique way of being in the world that blows the roof off what we’ve been taught it means to be successful and happy.
More than a decade later, Emily now helps other women discover the magic of their radiant selves, so they too can magnetize soul-affirming love into their lives. An international retreat leader, certified yoga teacher, Gateless trained writing teacher, and life coach specializing in helping women discover their inner brightness, Emily shares the same radical insights she used to transform her despair into her dream life. She’s also the author of the forthcoming inspirational memoir, The Beginner. She lives in Santa Teresa, a dusty little surf town along Pacific side of Costa Rica with her beloved Frenchman, Manex and their baby, Saïa Moon, enjoying joy and vitality she honestly didn’t know existed before (especially not at 40!). Together, they are building a spiritual retreat + wellness center nestled deep in the jungle.

Carley once worked in the intense corporate fashion world of New York City, spending her workdays people pleasing, and her nights and weekends shopping and drinking to fill the void she felt within. Almost daily, she struggled with low self-worth, poor relationships, and constant anxiety. Worn down and tired, she finally decided it was time to make a change and she began setting aside an hour a day just for herself.
Over the next two and a half years, she went through a process of personal transformation. She realized her issues arose from being afraid to say No —whether out of reluctance to hurt others’ feelings or due to her own crippling anxiety and guilt.
In late 2015, she quit her corporate job, and enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City to become a IIN Health Coach. Today, she is a Self Care Coach and Author of the book Boundaries with Soul, living just outside of Seattle, Washington.

I became interested in integrative medicine more than 25 years ago when I began my medical practice here in Medford. The pressures and financial limitations of traditional medicine often didn’t allow me to spend the time and resources I wanted to with my patients. I strongly believe that traditional medicine is important for good health, but I also believe in the benefits of complementary therapies. So in 2003, I received my fellowship in integrative medicine from the acclaimed University of Arizona and began the process of opening Triune Integrative Medicine in 2006. We are here to determine the best care for patients that promotes healing and wellness. This could involve conventional and or complementary medicine based on our patients’ needs and belief systems.
