We focus on thought provoking topics, have open conversation, sharing honest and real experiences of our own and with others.

Hosts Kate Gudinski and Sophie Panton who have been friends for over 20 years will be the facilitators of conversation around a diverse range of lifestyle topics anchored by parenthood and explored far and wide. Providing a platform for a unique range of guests from people in the public eye to near and dear friends to share their knowledge, expertise and just general juicy banter.

A podcast of all things lifestyle, family, relationships, well-being, kids, and culture. Not a ‘how to’ but more of an insight into the lives of ourselves and others and how we all manage to get by.
