I'm here to remind you that the past is gone and the future is yet to come. The present moment is all we have, and it is where life truly happens. Stressing about the past or worrying about the future can prevent us from fully experiencing and enjoying the present. Instead, try to focus on being grateful for the present moment and I will share some of my favourite techniques (which you can implement in your daily life). Remember that the present moment is a gift, and that is why it is called the present.
