Submit ReviewDuring a recent session, my mentor and I discussed my current personal evolution and came up with some homework. As I think about the women I look up to, I find myself craving their vulnerable stories and nitty-gritty conversations about their growth journeys right as they’re happening. So today, I want to invite you into my journey and share a completely unscripted heart-to-heart personal update.
Lately, I’ve been grappling with some micro self-sabotaging tendencies that are hindering me from being my fullest self. Instead of hurriedly seeking solutions, I’m practicing embracing the discomfort and recognizing the power of mindfully sitting with the unknown. I find myself so quick to place judgment or completely avoid my negative thoughts, and on this new path, I am acknowledging the thoughts and allowing myself to move forward from them free of judgment.
In this episode we talk about:
- My new goal for unscripted podcast episodes
- Allowing yourself to sit in the space of the unknown
- Having a persistent and negative inner dialogue that hinders you from being your full self
- Removing judgment on self-sabotaging behaviors
- Acknowledging uncomfortable feelings while moving forward

In the last two years, I've been on a journey to unravel what sparks feelings within me that I’m not enough or I’m not taking enough action towards my goals. By getting curious about the root of these fears, I realized that I was using them as motivators, even though they led to physical and mental burnout.
In today’s episode, I’m sharing a starting point for asking deeper questions and discovering where this “not enoughness” and lack mindset comes from. When you start to explore the gap between who you are now and who you're meant to become, that’s where the real growth and magic happens.
In this episode we talk about:
Questions to guide deeper reflection and journal prompts around this topic
What I realized about my own feelings of not being or doing enough
How to unpack complicated feelings around self-worth and productivity
Why I often mute or unfollow people on social media who reinforce negative self-talk
The sweet spot of striving for more while also loving who you are in the present moment
