In this week’s Q&A Dave chats with shoe dog, Mitch Lorkin from The Running Company: Albert Park. The pair dissect some of the key questions considered when picking the right running shoe, some of the anatomy around why different shoes suit different people, and why some shoes help more with certain injuries.
