The voice actor for Bayonetta 3 has caused quite a bit of controversy within the world of video games for her claims of being grossly underpaid for voice acting work only for the community to find out that it was agreed upon.   

Microsoft is rumored to be making a mobile gaming store to rival the Google Play store and the Apple App Store. Hard to say what may be on the store or how well it functions, Microsoft and mobile friendly doesn't exactly have a great track record.

Google has officially put a date on closing out service for Stadia their online cloud based gaming platform. January 18th 2023 will be the official date of it ending and all users who purchased Stadia will receive refunds. On the brighter side of things... Overwatch 2 launches on Oct 4th and Eric and Jeff discuss new mechanics and passives within Overwatch 2. 

It was a big week for gaming! Nintendo came out swinging with announcing The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, which was shown during their Nintendo Direct on Tuesday. Sony showed a new trailer for God of War Ragnarok, a new custom controller, and more info on PlayStation Stars (the new PlayStation loyalty program). We also have a bunch of Assassin's Creed new from Ubisoft Forward, the first look at Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer during CoDNext, and finally, Xbox had some announcements from the Tokyo Game Show!

Rumors are flying about GTA 6 being just two years out from release and for the first time ever in the series it will feature a playable female character. Recent earning calls have revealed some juicy information for the future of Activision, plus some crazy numbers for companies like Apple in the gaming space. The Nintendo Switch has secured its spot as the 5th highest selling console to date with very little sign of stopping. And unfortunately, we have to be the bearer of bad news and deliver some delay news. 

Sony has just announced that the are going to be acquiring the studio behind the Destiny franchise, Bungie. What does this mean? Is this truly a response to Microsoft?  Will Xbox players still be able to get their Destiny fix? We do our best to guess how this all unfold.

Respawn may not be making Titanfall 3, but they are working on 3 Star Wars Games. Meanwhile, Microsoft gave us some player numbers for Forza Horizon 5 and Halo Infinite. Steam has finally announced a release date for the Steam Deck. And last but not least, Metroid Prime has shown signs of life. Not strong signs, but signs nonetheless.

With Microsoft's crazy acquisition of Activision Blizzard, we have to sit here an wonder how Sony will respond? Will they even respond? So many possibilities and so many speculations!

Xbox is making the largest acquisition in the history of gaming, and even one of the larger pickups in media. Since this topic just dropped yesterday, we could not resist doing an episode to cover this monumental move by Microsoft and we have so much to say. Bonus content with our boys from WASD and Beyond, whats not to love?!

We are two weeks into the new year and the rumors are already out of control. Naturally, there are more Switch Pro/Switch 2 rumors, a whole bunch of game rumors, and some leaks of an upgraded UI experience for the PS5. How much of it is accurate? Probably none of it. But we won't let that stop us from chatting about all of it with our good friend Evan from WASD & Beyond!

PSVR 2 has been detailed a bit more, and this thing seems like it is going to be a power house of a VR Headset. Ubisoft Plus is coming to Xbox, not Game Pass Pardon their confusing annoucement. E3 will be digital again this year. And finally, cross gen games. Are they better, worse, or exactly what we expected?

2022 is right around the corner, or here, depending on when you are listening. 2021 was a pretty solid year in gaming, but now we have to look forward to the year that is rapidly approaching. We predict all of the large announcements that are coming this year, most likely with a 2023 release date.

The Game Awards are right around the corner and we still have more predicting to do. Since the show has now become such a huge place to make announcements, it is worth taking the time to make our predictions, as well as some hail marry wishes.

So many games, so little time. We get into the nitty gritty on three of the largest games that are playable this month. Battlefield may be rough, but Microsoft seems to be nailing it out of the park with Forza Horizon 5 and the Halo 5 multiplayer beta. We cover all of the good, and of course, all of the bad on all of these major titles, as well as some sweet, sweet Black Friday Sales that are going on this week.

The Game Awards is coming, and most importantly, so is Geoff Keighley. Every year, we take one episode to run through all of the nominations, give our opinions on who should win, and predict who will actually win. Last year, our good friends from WASD and Beyond joined us for our live stream of the show, so it only made sense to bring them back for the live show again this year, as well as the prediction episode! We kept record of everyone's prediction and now we just have to make the bets.

This episode is definitely on the longer side, but there is a lot of good conversation to be had about these games. This episode was a lot of fun to record and we hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

In light of the news that God of War (2018) is coming to PC, there is some debate amongst groups of people on whether ports are in fact good or bad. We dive deep into the topic, leaving very few stones unturned and not stopping until we end up at the extremely polarizing news of the Nintendo Expansion Pack prices and the value of this increased pricing.

We give our reviews so far on Destruction All _Stars for the PlayStation 5 and scratch our heads how there are keys things missing in the game that seem like no-brainers to us. We also share the devastating yet predictable news given the how this year has gone already of the delay in Diablo 4 and Overwatch 2 not launching in 2021.
