No more hour meetings, Suneera shares how shorter 20 or 40 minute meetings will give you some time afterwards to get actionable steps done. Know what tasks need to get done, deleted or delegated and a virtual or executive assistant can help make sure tasks are completed. Prioritize your “needle moving” tasks first. And lastly, stop having coffee or lunch dates, instead have more purposeful, shorter meetings on your time.
