Director of Renowned Management (Wretch 32, Hamzaa, Knox Brown), not only has this episode's guest been alongside one of the most influential and well respected rappers since day one of his career, Zeon Richards is also the Head of A&R for Ministry of Sound, after several years as A&R consultant for Polydor, signing Stefflon Don, Steel Banglez and Ramz.
