Sometimes being exposed to new possibilities makes us feel disappointed with where we are now. This listener is 48, in a job she dislikes, feeling like she's failed and is not making a difference, and is discouraged by reading 48 Days to the Work You Love. Is it better to not know and remain in the status quo or to see new opportunities and ways to move into more success?

Questions:

1. I’ve never been a big dreamer and now I just don’t have any dreams left at all.

2. I work when scheduled, I have no input into my employment scheduling, but I am scheduled full time and have no benefits for health care, no paid time off or no paid sick leave, this has been my employment since 2015.

3. What I've learned from you and others this last year is that people have more control over their lives than they think they do!

4. Your book is making me feel bad about myself.

5. I had to turn off your podcast because of who you mentioned.
