Yonkers, the third most populous city in New York, is considering a proposal to raise term limits. If passed, the proposal would allow city council members and the mayor to serve for four terms or 16 years. This comes just four years after the City Council extended term limits previously. David McKay Wilson, Tax Watch columnist at The Journal News and lohud.com, discusses his reporting on term limits in New York's 'sixth borough.'
