Us Americans over here have been having a really good time talking about the nuances of learning the French language, navigating culture differences and finding love and work. But, I think it’s high time we added another layer to this season. In this episode I’m happy to introduce to you a French business owner with a very interesting concept aimed at Anglophones in Paris and an American restaurant owner with French parents and a deep passion and love for French wines. What are their views regarding French food & drink culture? What is it like to not even think about that because whatever you do, its ‘the French way’ because you are? Take a listen and see how their thoughts line up with what you’ve been hearing about all season.
