• New build (22621.382) for the Windows 11 Insider Preview Release Preview channel - 22H2 is still being refined. But there's no blog post and the support page for this release 404s.
• New builds for Dev and Beta channels, and Devs get an ISO
• Windows Package Manager 1.3 arrives with support for portable apps
• Clipchamp has a single paid tier now but it's still too much. 
• Microsoft is making its emoji library available on GitHub and Figma
