Dividing up the chores equally can be key to a healthy relationship. But, despite the fight for gender equality, studies have shown that women are still doing the bulk of the household duties including childcare, even when they are working outside the home. In same-sex couples, chores are divvied up more equitably. This hour, we look at the division of household labor, the strain unequal duties can put on relationships, and how to divide housework fairly.
