Suicide takes a terrible toll on our society, almost no matter where in the world we live. It happens much more often than we realize, and spreads across a wide portion of the age spectrum.

Listen as I speak with Mary Ann Murtha of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP). Hear Mary Ann present some of AFSP's initiatives to drastically reduce the number of suicides. Most importantly, learn the things YOU can do to help prevent someone from taking his or her life.  And find out what part the Golden Gate Bridge plays in all of this.

Hope you learn some life-saving skills from this episode of Looking Forward.
